In August of last year I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful Wedding at Slotssø Palœet in Hillerød. The palace offers an incredible view of Frederiksborg Castle, one of the most beautiful castles I have ever visited. 
In 2017 I met the bride and the groom for the first time to shoot their pre-wedding photo session. We had a great afternoon together and I was super excited to be their wedding photographer.
Last year, when the big day came, it rained. And it rained, and rained and rained. The outdoor ceremony had to be moved inside the palace and, even though it didn’t have the wonderful view of the castle, the ceremony was beautiful and full of personal touches. Minutes after it was over, the sun came out and we were able to venture out into the beautiful grounds of the palace. After the cutting of the cake we even took a walk in the gardens of Frederiksborg Castle, which provided a wonderful background for family photos and wedding portraits. 
The whole day was a success! Ellen and Jesper were surrounded by people who truly loved them and it makes me so happy to be able to be part of this.
