This summer I had the opportunity to photograph the two-day wedding of Katharina and Konradin in Germany. Since I live in Copenhagen and both in Hamburg, we hadn’t met in person until the wedding day. We skyped once and exchanged 578 e-mails, so somehow I felt I knew Katharina for a long time. 🙂 

On a Thursday afternoon they had a Civil Wedding Ceremony in Hamburg with closest friends and family. After the ceremony we all went to Katharina’s parent’s place for coffee and cake and in the evening they had dinner with an amazing view to the Alster lake at the hotel Le Meridien.  

The next day the bride got ready at the Hotel Gastwerk, having Jenny as her make up artist and wedding stylist. The religious ceremony took place at Saint Mary’s Cathedraland the reception in the beautiful Villa im Heine-Park. To bring the day to a perfect end the band Nite Club made everyone dance to funk and soul.
